Alberto Haddad is a Managing Partner at SCAS Inc., serving the North American market and Europe. He serves as an advisor and board member for private equity firms, small to medium companies and growth companies in the US.
Mr. Haddad has been instrumental in managing numerous engagements in Europe and the US, advising on transactions from sourcing to closure. He has represented both buy-side and sell-side interests.
Prior to joining SCAS, Mr. Haddad helped open the McKinsey & Company UAE office, advising clients on key strategic issues across industries and leveraging a wide network of Middle Eastern funding, consulting and business contacts. Mr. Haddad holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Economics and Finance from the Institut D’ etudes Politiques de Paris and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut. He is an EU citizen, a US permanent resident and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
